"I love what I do. I deliver an experience that makes people feel healthier and more confident about themselves. While relieving pain is the primary reason most of my clients make the first appointment, it is their own personal growth which they experience that creates the long term bond." ~ Dr. Carlet

Dr. Carlet's gentle technique connects and balances body and mind while releasing and unwinding tension and stress in the spine. Imagine that particular sense of well-being one possesses on a much deserved, getaway vacation. We all can relate to that comfortable, relaxed, happy sense of ourselves! Feeling good radiates and naturally promotes a positive and healthy sense of optimism about life. It's simple. Life is better when you feel good. Ultimately, you are able to express your most authentic self. With over seven years of experience, Dr. Carlet's effective, gentle technique proves that when body awareness is increased it, in turn, decreases the "mental chatter" that prevents us from relaxing and connecting to our body. It is the disconnection of the body from the mind that actually causes the sensation of pain.
The benefits of gentle chiropractic are immediately noticeable. Achieving a satisfying body preservation experience - the opportunity to connect and reflect - results in a better quality of life.
"After just 6 weeks of gentle chiropractic, I feel stronger. I am accomplishing more at work and have been recognized for bringing a consistent, more inspired attitude towards getting things done! I am more relaxed. The Bonus: As an avid golfer, I can stay "in the zone" for longer periods of time and not lose my concentration. My confidence and shot-making have improved!" ~C.L.
"I came to you following two years of intense pain and misery related to a herniated disc in my lower back. I had never received consistent chiropractic treatment of any sort, and after many years of working in health care myself, I admit I had a bit of skepticism to start. However, you were highly recommended by a trusted friend, and I was desperate so I came with an open mind. Immediately my fears subsided as I found you to be so caring, compassionate, friendly, intelligent, talented, skilled, and extremely committed to your profession and your patients. During the time I have known you I have never found you to waiver from these traits." ~J.B.
