Stress


Stress is the biggest cause of pain, disease and relationship issues. You cannot necessarily change your stressful environment but you can certainly change how you perceive and integrate stress in your life and what you choose to get stressed out about.

Often times you may not even realize that you are stressed until the physical symptoms appear. You may get headaches, chest pain, dry skin, pimples, abdominal pain, hair loss, numbness on one side of your body, back or neck pain, difficulty sleeping.

It is very important to be aware of what causes you stress and to have the tools to integrate or relieve the stress. Breathing exercises and body awareness exercises are two very effective tools that you can do on your own to reduce stress in your body.
